Welcome to your spacious condo with remarkably elegant renovations. Our Surf Dweller location offers you the most ample space in the area with 1453 sq ft! Our 4th floor beach condo is just what you need for a respite from the hustle and bustle of life. Kitchen: The spacious kitchen and dining areas are designed to flow directly into the living area and create an open space not seen in many condos, with amazing Gulf front views. The kitchen has high end cabinetry with soft-close doors/drawers, granite countertops and beautiful stainless steel appliances. A large granite kitchen island gives you plenty of room to entertain and perfect for those family gatherings. Start your morning off right with a single cup, or full pot, of java from the coffee bar and enjoy the beautiful morning view off your lanai. End the day by choosing your favorite bottle of wine from the wine cooler, relaxing as the cool breeze off the ocean helps you reflect on the fabulous day you just experienced with your friends or loved ones. Love to cook? Entertain with a gourmet meal on the 6-burner stove top, visiting with your family around the generous granite island. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality pots & pans, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, bakeware, glasses, coffee cups, utensils, serving platters and bowls, children's dishes, and many more items, so prep time will be a breeze. Prefer not to cook? You have so many restaurants to choose from, you may have a hard time narrowing it down! Living Space: Enjoy incredible views while lounging in the comfortable electric reclining couch and chairs. Or catch up on your favorite how that you've had to put off watching while running the rat race in that other place you sometimes call home. You can enjoy DirectTV on your 65" screen TV or connect to your subscriptions and try out a new movie with your friends and loved ones. Or enjoy a board game, read a book, or play a card game, all available in your unit. Master Bedroom: French doors separate the primary suite from the living area. Your sleep will be the best you've had in a long time on your comfortable king bed using nature's noise machine with the ocean waves lulling you to sleep. In the spacious walk-in closet we have all the extras you might need like a pack - n - play, high chair, and linens, to name a few. Guest Bedroom: The guest bedroom has a retractable room divider with two separate entrances, a remote control light, fan, and a queen bed on each side, for optimal sleeping arrangements. Don't live out of your suitcase! Store them in the extra large closet available and truly make this your home while you are here. Office: Just off the master bedroom is your office space. None of us really want to work but reality is, we sometimes need to squeeze in a little bit so we can go have fun! So, if working on the lanai overlooking the ocean waves is too distracting, enjoy a little peace and quiet and get things done efficiently in your own office. Our wifi is great for working! With over 50 Mbps download speeds and upload speeds, you won't be waiting for the dreaded spinning wheel from slow internet connections, which means more time for fun! Laundry: Don't over pack because you have a full-size washer and dryer in your unit. Just be sure to leave all the sand on the beach, before washing to keep it functioning well. Bathrooms: After a hard day of playing, enjoy a nice hot shower, with great water pressure, in your newly updated bathrooms. Or, after you've given the kids a bath and gotten them to sleep, soak away your worries and aches in a warm bubble bath. Get outdoors: Your private outdoor space boasts a 30 foot private balcony architecturally designed to make for the best of Gulf front living!! With several different seating options, you can enjoy this space from the minute you wake up until you rest your sleepy head. Or venture off your balcony to the seasonally heated pool that has a 3' shallow end increasing to 8' at the deepest. Too much for the little ones? Don't worry, right next to the "big kids" pool is a fenced kiddy pool area so you can relax while they frolic in a space made just for them and you don't have to chase them the entire time. Tennis or pickleball anyone? Enjoy a little friendly competition in a game of either on the court here at Surf Dweller. It's beach time! That is one of the biggest reasons you are here, right? Just a few steps from your condo, are the beautiful shores of the Gulf of Mexico with emerald green waters and almost powdered sugar sand, a private beach area for Surf Dweller guests. Relax and soak in the sun or play hard until you fall asleep. But don't forget your sunscreen! And don't worry, you don't have waste precious car space, we provide all the supplies for outdoor fun including beach toys & towels, beach chairs, and more! Getting there: We have 3 airports nearby so take your pick. VPS is only about 20-25min away. It is so easy to get to your 4th floor unit, NO steps required! Your free parking spot on the property isn't far from the entrance where carts are available to throw all your belongings onto, then grab the elevator and head up, with the unit being only the 3rd unit from the elevator, you'll be entering paradise before you know it! What to bring: Tired of seeing the words "we provide a starter supply...."? We are too, so we provide much more. We provide a generous supply of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner or body wash. We have a variety of spices (if you have a favorite that you can't cook without, I would bring it ;>) We provide a couple of coffee pods (variety, including decaf) per adult, bring your favorite coffee grounds if you prefer a pot. We give you enough laundry, dishwashing, and dish soap to last a typical week so if you tend to use excessively (no judgement here), bring it along. But the typical group need bring only your food and family. Oh, yeah, don't forget your swim suit. :>) And to make it really convenient, order online at the local Walmart and pickup on your way or better yet, have it delivered!
