Exactly as pictured! An amazing, big house in a quiet area. Our family of 9 ages 9 months to 67 used everything - the game room, the balconies, the pool, the theatre room, the grill, the big kitchen and dining area, etc! It was so nice that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, and there was even two more half baths. We wanted to avoid the crowded areas and just enjoy each other, and this cabin in the woods was the place to do it.

Loved the view! The deck and living space were even larger than we expected. This was perfect for our family of 6 and we loved being so close to the beach. We appreciated that everything was provided and plenty of it - soaps, spices, etc. Would highly recommend!

We felt right at home in this gorgeous, modern, spacious home! In addition to spending time in Pigeon Forge, we played pool, shuffleboard, and video games at the house. We grilled out and enjoyed dinner overlooking the scenic mountains. We played in the swimming pool and relaxed in the hot tub. And we watched movies in the cozy theatre room. Beds were comfy, bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Dawn was super communicative and responsive to questions. Highly recommend this beautiful home for a family getaway near Pigeon Forge!

We recently spent four wonderful days at this incredible mountain home, and it exceeded all expectations. Our group of eight ranged in age from 4 to 88, and everyone felt right at home. The house is extremely spacious, with oversized bedrooms—each featuring its own private bathroom—and two additional half baths. Whether we wanted to gather as a group or enjoy some quiet time, the layout offered the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool and upstairs game room, while my elderly mother enjoyed relaxing on the patio and soaking in the breathtaking views. We even spotted a bear cub on our first night and a few curious raccoons on the lower balcony—truly a memorable experience! I wholeheartedly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again for a future stay. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty.

The condo was the most beautiful place we stayed in Hawaii. We stayed at 4 places on 3 different island and this by far was the most scenic and tranquil location. Would recommend to anyone staying on the Big Island.

I would recommend anybody who’s interested in taking in the Kona Coast to stay here. It has a private beach and stunning views right outside your balcony . You are a five minute drive to the nightlife and most popular restaurants on the island and just over an hour drive to some of the most sought after beaches in the world! Great location, glad we stayed here. All of the amenities were there to make our trip perfect!

Perfect peaceful location. Condo was well laid out and plenty of room for us all. We enjoyed the balcony and the all the accessories for the day at the beach! The wagon made it super easy to take all the stuff down. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

It was super clean and great for our group! We loved everything and would definitely stay again. The balcony is huge and it was so peaceful sitting out there! You just use the keypad on the door to get in and out and there is no check in or check out person which is super nice!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was stocked with everything we could need for the beach and that was a major perk. We loved every minute of our time spent at the condo right on the beach. Dawn was super friendly and responsive throughout our stay.

The house was wonderful - great view, spacious, lots of amenities! The pool is great! There is also an alarm that goes into the pool that will alert if someone gets in it - this was a nice extra for me as a mom of 3, it provided security. We saw a mama bear and 4 cubs in the backyard while we were there as well. It was incredible! Host had great communication- kind, informative, and responsive. Great stay!
